SERVICE AGREEMENT SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT – FULL APPRAISALS: TIMEFRAME AGREEMENT Within 24 hours of receiving assignment: Review Order Details and Lender Guidelines Schedule inspection Update order status online Within 8 hours of completing inspection: Update order status online By due date & time: Finalize and submit report Within 8 hours of qc or condition notification: Address concerns or satisfy conditions and resubmit report If you anticipate delays or cannot fulfill the terms of the order for any reason, you are required to notify us immediately. Performance will be tracked at every step of the process and you will be rated on a scale of 0-5 in the following areas: Overall report quality Frequency of and responsiveness to revision and/or condition requests Turn-time averages and on-time percentages Professionalism, communication and general service level Your performance directly impacts the future volume of work you receive as a Property Sciences Affiliate Appraiser. Affiliates with proven track records will receive first consideration on new assignments and benefit from increased business. Conversely, failure to adhere to these terms will result in a probationary hold on your account. Consistently failing to meet requirements will result in revocation of affiliation.
