Service Agreement
|
We offer two service levels for our individual fee appraisers that wish to be part of our Affiliate Network.
You can choose to be a Standard Affiliate, in which case assignments in your specified geographic coverage area will be advertized to you as well as other eligible Standard Affiliates on a first come, first serve basis to accept or decline at terms disclosed.
You can choose to be a Preferred Affiliate, in which case assignments in your specified geographic coverage area are automatically assigned to you and assumed to be auto-accepted in accordance with our pre-determined fee schedule.
We also offer a Premier Affiliate-level for appraisal companies with 5 or more appraisers who cover significant regional areas. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a Premier Affiliate with Property Sciences.
Please note the order delivery priority:
- Premier Affiliate
- Appraisal Companies with 5 or more appraisers who cover significant regional areas.
- Preferred Affiliate
- Independent fee appraisers who have agreed to auto-accept assignments at pre-determined fees.
- Standard Affiliate
- Independent fee appraiser who has not agreed to auto-accept orders at pre-determined fees. Orders are advertized to all eligible appraisers in the area and can be accepted at terms disclosed or declined on a first come, first serve basis.
