Quality Control Overview

Property Sciences' licensed review appraisers will monitor the quality of appraisal products produced by our Affiliates for our clients.
Property Sciences' licensed review appraisers will perform independent reviews on a random or perceived-need basis in order to ascertain compliance with established Property Sciences policies and procedures.
These files will be reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to professional standards, as well as for supportable value conclusions and underlying logic and supporting arguments.
The results of these reviews, in conjunction with on-time performance, are used in assessing the performance of appraisers.
When necessary, Property Sciences licensed reviewers will contact the appraiser to discuss concerns regarding the quality of the appraiser’s work and appropriate revisions.
