financial institutions, insurance companies, developers, public agencies, law firms,
mortgage bankers and brokers, realtors, and individuals. Our leadership in California
has positioned us as one of a select few firms that has broad acceptance by Wall
Street-based conduits. Over the course of our 20+-year history, we have developed
and maintained long-standing relationships with the majority of the largest lenders
in the country, giving us a broad and stable base of clients who utilize us to fulfill
their appraisal needs.
We offer a very easy-to-use, web-based management system so that the assignment
of files, retrieving/uploading of documents, and any other communication needs are
handled in an efficient and timesaving manner.
The Property Sciences' executive management team is composed of highly trained professionals
with experience in commercial and residential appraisal, appraisal review, quality
control procedures, management of information systems, econometrics, real estate
investment analysis and urban planning. With years of combined experience and excellent
academic training, you can trust that the management team will be there to assist
you on an assignment should the need arise.
For consideration, you must be a certified or licensed appraiser in good standing.
The following items must be submitted for approval:
- Completed Appraiser Application
- Resume
- Copy of current state license/certification
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance certificate (if applicable)
- Errors and Omissions insurance certificate
- W-9
